Jennifer L. Peattie is an accomplished Associate at Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., specializing in Personal Injury cases at the Daytona office. With an impressive academic background, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the esteemed University of Central Florida (UCF) before obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), School of Law in Orlando, Florida.

Before embarking on her legal career, Jennifer gained invaluable experience working with various firms that focused on diverse areas of law, including real estate, title, foreclosure, construction defects, rules enforcement, bankruptcy, and probate. During her time in law school, Jennifer honed her skills further as an Office Manager for a prominent firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, and condominium and homeowner’s association law. Not only did Jennifer excel academically, but she also demonstrated her commitment to community service by volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem in Seminole County and actively participating in her church.

Jennifer‘s comprehensive practice background encompasses a wide range of legal matters, including medical debt collection, credit card collection, and automotive insurance subrogation throughout the State of Florida.
